Thanks for stopping by, I’m Eugenie, Founder of the L’Atelier Flow brand and studio in beautiful Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast.

I’m Sydney born and bred, and now call the sunny state home with my partner Cyril and golden labrador, Charlie.

I love people, bodies and movement. I love guiding others to experience the endless benefits of movement, particularly in collectivity, and the positive impacts this has on the quality of our lives. Your mat / reformer simply is your mirror, and how you turn up to your practice only reflects how you show up in your life.

After completing my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Power Living in 2023, it changed my life. Yoga has helped me to center and be comfortable sitting with stillness, something I know so many of us struggle with in our hyper-connected world. The journey was soon set in motion, and I began teaching with Art of Flow in Sydney, I loved it and knew I was put on earth to create community and share.

Bound that all up and fast forward a few late nights, I went on to found the L’Atelier Flow brand and studio based in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast. It’s been an intense, challenging and magical journey to arrive here, and one I would not exchange for the world.

Outside of the studio I also provide Vinyasa Yoga in the event and corporate space, facilitating both small and large scale team experiences.

I hold an MA in Communications with the University of Technology Sydney and in my prior corporate life, I managed a number of Sales & Account Manager roles across the Media and Real Estate sectors.

I am a proud member of APDA, Australian Physie & Dance, and with a lifelong love of learning intend to go on to complete my 500hrs in Yoga study. As for the rest, well that’s a beautiful work in progress …
