Bella Orlowski
Pilates and Yoga have always been an important part of Bella’s health and wellbeing over the years, helping her find more strength, balance and flexibility both on and off the mat. The benefits Bella has seen through her own practice are what inspired her to teach, and she loves sharing her passion for safe and enjoyable exercise and supporting others on their wellness journeys.
Bella’s background and experience is in instructing Reformer Pilates, and she is looking forward to deepening her teaching in yoga - Yin and Vinyasa, as well as Mat Pilates.
Outside of teaching, Bella keeps life interesting working in events which she finds adds a nice variety to her routine. When she’s not working, you’ll find Bella at the beach or out in nature, spending time with her favourite people, or traveling to explore new places.
