Nicki Sargent

Nicki has been working in the fitness & wellness industry for over ten years and loving every moment!


Nicki comes to us with experience working across the country with NDIS clients, hospitals, physios, elderly post op wards, dementia wards, fitness studios, managing Pilates studios, overseas business retreats, elite athletes, and mammas. Her experience with breath work includes 1:1, couples and groups of both men and women for anxiety, depression, work stress, life overwhelm and transformative healing.

Nicki has certifications in Barre, Mat / Reformer Pilates and 700+ hours in various yoga disciplines inc. hot yoga, yin + ashtanga.

You’ll find Nicki teaching a range of classes in studio throughout the week, come along and say hi and be ready for a challenge.
