Leah has been teaching barre, mat and reformer for the last 3yrs, and recently moved to the Gold Coast from the Sunshine Coast to pursue her Paramedics studies at University.
In Leah’s’ classes you can expect lots of pulses and holds for that delicious burn - Leah loves everyone to leave the space feeling worked and accomplished.
When Leah isn’t teaching you’ll find her at the beach or having a marg with the girls!
